Get Wisdom!

Scriptures from today's reading  Gen 28:15 NKJV Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.” Gen 28:20-Gen 28:22 NKJV Then Jacob made a vow, saying, “If God will be with me, and keep me in this way that I am going, and give me bread to eat and clothing to put on, so that I come back to my father’s house in peace, then the Lord shall be my God. And this stone which I have set as a pillar shall be God’s house, and of all that You give me I will surely give a tenth to You.” Prov 4:5-Prov 4:9 NKJV Get wisdom! Get understanding! Psalm 89:2 NKJV For I have said, “Mercy shall be built up forever; Your faithfulness You shall establish in the very heavens.”

Psalm 89:2 NKJV For I have said, “ Mercy shall be built up forever; Your faithfulness You shall establish in the very heavens.” " For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever ." I will sing of the mercies of the LORD : Ethan began this psalm with a declaration of praise in song, focused on the  mercies  (from the word hesed, sometimes thought of as covenant love or loyal love) of Yahweh. The great lovingkindness of God lasts forever, so the praise of Him should also be sung  forever . (Guzik) i. Let our complaints therefore be turned into thanksgiving.” (Matthew Henry, cited in Spurgeon) Will I make known Your ...
